If you missed our first annual Chili Cook off, you missed a great time. The cook off was the brainchild of Steve Martin as a fundraiser for the Post. It was held on the Saturday before Super Bowl Sunday. Seventeen pots of chili were entered and our non-post affiliated judges selected the best chili and the winner was Arlene Neathery-Schwartz. She received a nice trophy and her name is the first on our etched "Plaque of Winners" displayed in the hall showcase. Most importantly the Auxiliary raised $444 for our Post.
