Commander Doug Shields of the G.I. Joe American Legion Post 244 presented 13 American Legion Grateful Appreciation Medals to current Military, and Veterans who have served in the Global War on Terror. You'll find photos of everyone as a slide-show in the center of the page.
Maj. General Black presented Mr. Frank C. Simpson, a US Army Veteran from WWII who served in both Europe and the South Pacific, his full compliment of medals earned during the war.
